Join Us for the 2026 Run for Hope
Saturday, September 12, 2026
Town of Trail Creek, Indiana
Grab your running shoes and join us for a day filled with community, encouragement, and hope.
The 2026 Run for Hope is more than a 5K—it’s an opportunity for our community to come together to raise suicide awareness, support mental health, and help end the stigma surrounding mental illness in LaPorte County.
Hosted by the Friends of Swanson Center, this event welcomes runners, walkers, families, friends, and supporters of all ages. Whether you’re participating in the race or cheering others on from the sidelines, every person who shows up helps send an important message: hope matters, help is available, and no one has to face life’s challenges alone.
Be sure to register by August 1, 2026, to guarantee your commemorative event T-shirt and finisher medal.
Since 1969, Swanson Center has proudly served LaPorte County by providing compassionate mental and behavioral health services to individuals and families throughout our community. Events like Run for Hope help support that mission while encouraging open conversations about mental health and wellness.
Let’s come together to support one another, celebrate hope, and continue building a stronger, more compassionate community.
