About the Event

• Event Purpose: Lace up and join us for the third annual Trot for Trauma 5K - a community-driven run/walk to raise funds and awareness for PTSD.
• Proceeds: All proceeds go directly to Nourish Non-Profit, helping us provide low-cost mental health services to those in need.
• Dedicatory: This year's race is held in dedication to Jeremy Whitehead, a cherished community member, veteran, and wellness advocate.

Registration Details

• Registration Fee: $35.00 (Prices increase to $40 starting August 17th)
• Sign Up: SIGN UP TODAY!
• Included: Race Entry, Professionally Timed Bib, Event Participation
• Support: 100% of the fee goes toward making mental health more accessible to those in need!

Finisher Medals and T-Shirts

• Medals: The first 100 to finish the event will receive a commemorative finisher medal!
• T-Shirts: Event t-shirts will be available for purchase on race day while supplies last!

In Memory of Jeremy Whitehead

This event is dedicated in remembrance of Jeremy Whitehead. He played a vital role in launching the inaugural 5K Fundraiser in 2024 and provided invaluable support, including pre-event meetings and leading warm-ups.

Background: Jeremy served as a Personal Fitness Trainer at Orangetheory Fitness and bravely served our country from 2009 to 2013. He had a natural compassion and skills to assist soldiers in need.

Jeremy's sudden passing in December 2024 left a void in the community, and it is our privilege to honor his memory through this event.
