Triple-H 5k Run and Walk

Join Us for the Triple H 5k – Heart. Health. Hope.

A community-centered run/walk designed to promote wellness, inspire hope, and bring people together.

ABOUT THE RACE

• Event Name: Triple H 5K, Heart, Health, and Hope
• Organizers: A joint community initiative of ICHCare and Streams of Life Worship Center
• Mission: Dedicated to building healthier, stronger, and more hopeful communities
• Focus: Life education, nutrition awareness, workforce development, and youth service leadership

This event brings together prevention-focused wellness initiatives under one shared vision. By participating, supporters help advance a connected community mission that encourages healthier lifestyles, expands access to practical knowledge and support, and creates pathways for long-term community well-being.

RACE SCHEDULE

• Date: Saturday August 8, 2026
• 5k Start Time: 7:00 am
• Free Kids' Run: 8:30 am
• Awards Ceremony: 9:30 am

LOCATION, DIRECTIONS, and PARKING

• Venue: Bill Frederick Park at Turkey Lake
• Address: 3401 South Hiawassee Road, Orlando, FL 32835
• Parking: Available on site, early arrival encouraged
• Gate: Inform the attendant you are attending the Triple H 5K

COURSE

• Route: Begins and ends at Bill Frederick Park
• Course Design: Welcomes both runners and walkers, two loops
• Safety: No bicycles, roller skates, in-line skates, or dogs unless authorized
• Headphones: Encouraged to limit use for safety and communication

PRICING

• 5K Run & Walk: $35
• Virtual 5K: $30
• Kids’ Run: Free (all children must be registered)
• Walk-up Registration: Available at packet pick-up & on race day

PACKET PICK-UP

Early Pick Up: August 1st: 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm and August 2nd, 2026: 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm at Streams of Life Worship Center, 475 S. Kirkman Rd Orlando 32811

Race Day Pick Up: August 8, 2026: 6:00 am - 7:00 am at Bill Frederick Park Pavilion # 01

You may have another runner pick up your packet for you (Bring a Text message photo of their ID).

STROLLERS

Participants with jogging strollers should line up behind all runners and remain courteous throughout the course. Stroller operators and walkers must stay to the right side of the track.

WALKER FRIENDLY

Walkers are encouraged to participate and should stay to the right side of the track to allow runners to pass on the left side.

RESULTS

Results will be available at the race. Runners and walkers who wear the designated chip are included in the race results.

AWARDS

• Top Overall Male: Will receive an award
• Top Overall Female: Will receive an award
• Special Categories: Additional recognition may be provided
• Kids’ Run: Participants will receive medals

T-SHIRTS and MEDALS

All registered participants will receive an event T-shirt and finisher's medal. Kids running the FREE kids’ run will receive a kids' run medal and can purchase a shirt for $10 at registration while supplies last.

KIDS' RUN

The Triple H Kids’ Run is a free participation event designed to encourage children and families. Distances will range from 100 yards to 1/2 mile. A medal is given to all finishers. Please register children 11 years old and under.

VIRTUAL 5K

Register as a virtual runner and run your own 5k anywhere in the world. T-shirts and medals are available for virtual runners, with a shipping cost of $7.50 for up to 4 race packets to one address.

Invite family, friends, or coworkers to form a team. Teams of 5 members or more will receive a $5 per runner discount. Fundraising with your team is encouraged!
