Purpose of the Race

• Goal: Support mental health care access for individuals in Story County.
• Benefit: All proceeds go to providing no-cost mental health services to under/uninsured individuals.
• Internships: The Gap to Growth program offers quality internship experiences for masters level counseling students.
• Impact: Improve both individuals and the mental health care system as a whole.

Registration Information

• Inclusions: Race registration includes a race T-shirt.
• Size Guarantee: T-shirt sizes guaranteed for all entries received by September 13, 2026.
• Limitations: Sizes and quantities will be limited after September 13.

Race Day Details

• Start Time: 8:00 a.m. shotgun start for the in-person race.
• Packet Pickup: Early pickup available on Friday, October 2, 2026.
• Location: 605 East Lincoln Way STE 4, Ames, IA 50014 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
• Race Day Pickup: Available at the shelter house at Ada Hayden Park starting at 7 a.m.
