Sage City Triathlon

Event Overview

Kirby Medical Center and the City of Monticello proudly offer the annual KMC Sage City Triathlon. The venue is well designed for beginner triathletes and elite competitors, and everything in between. The shallow depth pool makes this an ideal starting point for any triathlete concerned about the swim, and the condition of the course offers an opportunity for elite triathletes to find a new PR.

Registration Information

• Registration Deadline: Registration closes at 4PM Thursday on race week.
• No Late Registration: There will be no late registration and no on-site registration.
• Free Race Shirt: All participants who register by 11:59pm CST on July 14 will receive a free race shirt.
• Shirt Pickup: Shirts will be available for pick up on race morning.

Race Day Details

• Transition Area: The transition area will open at 6:30AM on race morning.
• Athlete Marking: Athlete marking will begin at 6:30 AM on the basketball court.
• Start Times: The mini will begin at 7:15 AM and the sprint will begin at 8 AM.
• Post-Race Food: Post-race food will be available for athletes, to include subway sandwiches, chips and drinks.

Awards

• Top Overall: Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female Overall.
• Age Group Awards: Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female in each age group: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
• Clydesdale: Top 3 Clydesdale.
• Athena: Top 3 Athena.
• Relays: Top 3 Relays.

Additional Information

This race is not USAT sanctioned. You do not need to buy a one-day pass or provide your USAT number for registration or packet pickup.
