Background
- In Memory: #ChooseKind began in memory of our beautiful daughter, Ashton, who was tragically killed by a drunk driver just one week before her 16th birthday.
- Purpose: While our hearts continue to miss her every day, we have found purpose through sharing her story and encouraging others to choose kindness in their own lives.
- Legacy: This event is an opportunity to honor Ashton's legacy by inspiring acts of compassion, supporting one another, and making a positive difference in our community.
- Impact: Together, we can turn heartbreak into hope and remind one another that even the smallest act of kindness can have a lasting impact.

Participation Details
- Open to All: Runners and walkers of all paces are welcome!
- Course: Participants will enjoy a beautiful course along the shaded Tega Cay walking trails.
- Registration Benefits: Registration includes custom race shirt and medal, and post race food provided by Maisie's Green Brae Restaurant!
