Race Overview

• Unique Location: This unique race will take place completely within the Grafton Correctional secure perimeter.
• Course: New course featuring a roughly 2 mile loop: 3 laps for the 10K and 13 laps for the Marathon.
• Community Support: Proceeds will support the Running2bwell program, which recently acquired $5000 worth of shoes for GCI residents.
• Special Interaction: Runners will have the chance to run alongside individuals committed to improving their lives.

Participant Guidelines

• Dress Code: Female runners must adhere to a strict dress code - shirts with sleeves and mid-thigh shorts are required. No tight or form-fitting apparel.
• Restrictions: Guest runners must be aged 21 or over and cannot currently be on an inmate visitation pass.
• Entry Limit: For security and logistical reasons, entries are limited to the first 30 to register.
• Arrival Time: You must arrive by 6:00 am to clear security. This isn’t your usual race.

Security Measures

• Allowed Items: Runners cannot bring anything except water bottles, hats, and watches. No phones, headphones, etc.
• ID Requirement: A photo ID is required, and car keys must be locked in a locker at the entry point.
• Search Policy: Everyone is subject to search for security reasons.
• Safety Priority: Although it is a secure facility, safety for all is the highest priority.
