Middlebury Summer Festival 5k and 1 mile

🏃‍♀️ Event Overview

• Date: Saturday, June 28, 2025
• Location: 106 State St, Middlebury, IN
• Purpose: Proceeds support Northridge Middle and High School Cross Country programs.

🎉 Race Details

• Races: 1 Mile kids run and competitive 1 mile for ages 13 and older.
• Start Times: 8:00 a.m. for 1 Mile, 8:30 a.m. for 5K.
• Location: Begins on State Street in Middlebury, by East Park.
• Timing: Both races will be electronically timed by Watt's my timing.

👕 Registration Information

• No Refunds: Please note that there are no refunds.
• Shirts: Unisex shirts for all, with kids receiving unisex youth sizes.
• Online Registration: Available until race start on race morning.
• Check-In: Starts at 6:45 a.m. at East Park: packet pickup available Friday from 6-8 p.m.

🏆 Awards and Prizes

• 5K Awards: Top 3 overall Male and Female, and top 3 in each age division.
• Course Records: $100 prize for breaking the 5K record: Male: 14:27, Female: 19:37.
• 1 Mile Records: $50 prize for breaking the 1 Mile record: Male: 4:54, Female: 6:34.
• Fun Run Awards: Awards to top 5 boys and top 5 girls in the 1 Mile fun run.

🚦 Important Notes

• Parking: Please arrive early for good parking: a map will be posted soon.
• Age Groups: 5K awards for age groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
• 1 Mile Participation: Kids 5 and under must be accompanied by an adult during the run.
• 1 Mile Competitive: Awards to top 5 male and top 5 female runners.
