About this race
The Best DAM 5K Run/Walk in North Carolina
The 6th Annual Best DAM 5K Run/Walk in North Carolina will be held on Sunday, October 25th at 3:00 pm.
- Registration Bonus: The First 50 People That Register will Receive a DAM Koozie!
- Awards: Top male and female overall, plus Dam Age Group Medals go 3 deep.
- Age Groups: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & plus.
- Course Details: It is a down and back course, with a water station at the Narrows Dam.
If you can't make it to the race and want the swag - we set up a DAM Virtual Race for you.
The DAM Race Swag
- Race Shirt: You will get a DAM long-sleeve t-shirt for running the DAM race.
- Medal: Run fast enough and you will receive a DAM medal.
- Shirt Guarantee: To Guarantee a Race Shirt on Race day you must REGISTER BY 10/14.
- Additional Shirts: After this date, if there are no available shirts, we will print additional shirts after the race.
