🍏 Nappanee Apple Festival Donut Dash 5K

The Nappanee Apple Festival Donut Dash 5K will be held on September 20, 2025, at Nappanee Missionary Church, located at 70417 SR 19 North, Nappanee, IN 46550. The church is situated 2 miles north of downtown Nappanee and south of Wakarusa. The event will start and finish at Nappanee Missionary Church. Whether you are an experienced competitive runner or a beginner, everyone is welcome to participate! After your run or walk, be sure to explore the small-town shops and enjoy all that the Nappanee Apple Festival has to offer with your family and friends. Ample parking will be available for easy access and exit after the run.

🏃‍♂️ New Events This Year

• 1 Mile Run: New addition for ages 13 and up.
• Combo Option: Register for both 5K and 1M.

🕘 Start Time

• 1 Mile run: Starts at 8:00 AM.
• 5K run/walk: Starts at 8:30 AM.

🎟️ Packet Pickup

Packet pickup will be held Friday night, September 19, from 6-8 PM & Saturday morning, September 20, from 7 AM - 8:15 AM at Nappanee Missionary Church, 70417 SR 19 North, Nappanee, IN 46550. Participants will be able to pick up their shirts and race bibs.

👕 Shirts

After August 17, shirts will be available on a first-come, first-served basis until they are gone! Unclaimed shirts WILL NOT be mailed out if you do not pick up your shirt at the event. Any remaining shirts will be given to runners who were unable to receive one or will be donated.

🍽️ Refreshments

All participants will receive apple, donut, and apple cider at the finish line.

🏆 Awards Information

• 1 Mile Awards: Top 3 boys and top 3 girls in age groups: 12 and under, and 13 and under.
• 5K Awards: Overall prizes for top three men and women finishers.
• Age Group Awards: Top 3 male and female runners in various age categories will receive a custom apple award.
• Award Distribution: Awards presented shortly after the last participant crosses the finish line: no awards will be mailed.

🐾 Guidelines for Dogs Attending the Event

• Leash Policy: All dogs must be kept on a NON-retractable leash and under supervision at all times.
• Cleanup: Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs.
• Aggressive Behavior: Any dog displaying aggressive behavior must be removed from the event by its owner.
• No Dogs Inside: Dogs are not allowed inside Nappanee Missionary Church.
