Event Overview

Race Information

• Distances: 5K and 1 mile (13 and Up) run
• Combination: 5K and 1M Combo available
• Registration Offer: Save $3.00 per registrant when registering 4 or more individuals simultaneously.
• Participation: Everyone is welcome, from beginners to competitive runners.

Start Times

• 1 Mile Run: Starts at 8:00 AM
• 5K Run/Walk: Starts at 8:30 AM

Packet Pickup

• Friday Night: September 19 from 6-8 PM
• Saturday Morning: September 20 from 7 AM - 8:15 AM
• Location: Nappanee Missionary Church, 70417 SR 19 North, Nappanee, IN 46550
• Items: Participants will receive shirts and race bibs.

Shirts

• Availability: Available on a first-come, first-served basis after August 31st until gone.
• Unclaimed shirts: Will not be mailed if not picked up at the event.
• Remaining shirts: Will be given to runners who could not receive one or will be donated.

Refreshments

• Finish Line Treats: All participants will receive apple, donut, and apple cider.

Awards Information

• 1 Mile Awards: Top 3 boys and top 3 girls in age groups: 12 and under, and 13 and older.
• 5K Awards: Overall prizes for top three men and women finishers.
• Age Group Awards: The top 3 male and female runners in multiple age groups will receive custom apple awards.
• Distribution: Awards presented shortly after the last participant crosses the finish line of the 5K.

Dog Guidelines

• Leash Requirement: All dogs must be kept on a NON-retractable leash and under supervision at all times.
• Owner Responsibility: Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs.
• Aggressive Behavior: Any dog displaying aggression must be removed from the event immediately.
• Restrictions: Dogs are not allowed inside Nappanee Missionary Church.

Registration Information

• Race Day Registration: Online only...NO PAPER REGISTRATION ON RACE DAY.
• Refund Policy: No refunds.
