The Lion Motto is “We Serve”. The funds raised by the West Iredell Lion's Club serves locally, statewide, nationally, and internationally.

- Recreational Activities: A fishing tournament on the coast and summer camp on Lake Norman for the visually impaired.
- Disaster Relief: Supporting disaster relief across the US.
