🏃‍♂️ ADEN PERRY HERO EVENT

A 5k RUN/WALK TO HONOR THE LIFE AND CELEBRATE THE LEGACY OF ADEN PERRY AND HIS MOST SELFLESS AND HEROIC ACT THAT MADE HIM A HERO... NOW ANGEL AND A RECIPIENT OF THE CARNEGIE HERO AWARD.

🎒 SCHOOL SUPPLIES DONATION

• Collecting: School supplies to donate to students in need on Aden's Birthday December 11th, to help them on their academic journeys.
• Bring: A bag of school supplies and you will get a raffle ticket for a chance to win a great raffle prize (not the golf-cart)!

🎓 COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP AWARD

• In Honor of: Ethan Lawrence, an elite runner and overall winner of our 1st Aden Perry Hero Event who lost his life when he was struck by lightning while out running.
• Awarding: A college scholarship to the 1st place overall runner in the 15-19 age group category.

🎉 EXCITING RAFFLE AND PRIZES

• Golf-Cart: Customized by Big D's Customs for the Aden Perry Good Samaritan and Scholarship Fund up for raffle! Limited tickets available.
• Good Samaritan College Scholarship: Presented at the event.
• Fabulous: Long-sleeved dri-wick race shirts for participants.
• Bandanas: For four-legged participants!

🏅 RACE DETAILS

• Course: Great chipped, timed 5k course at Markham Park.
• Dog Water/Treat Station: Special station, along with prizes for 1st place big and small dog sponsored by Pets Are Amore.
• Aden Perry Good Samaritan: And Scholarship Fund college scholarship and Hoka sneakers in honor of Ethan Lawrence awarded to 1st place overall male and female runner in the 15-19 age group.
• Dynamic Warmup: By Outfit prior to the race.

🎶 ENTERTAINMENT

• Live Performances: National anthem performed live.
• Appearances: Miss Pembroke Pines Queen Bianka Vassaux will be in attendance.
• Local High-School Performances: Multiple amazing performances by local high-school students.
• Food: From local vendors including Chick-fil-A, Panera, Trader Joe's, and more.

🎈 ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES

• CPR Demonstration/Training: Provided by VidaMed.
• Silent Auction: Participate and take home something special.
• Candy Bar: Sweet treats available.
• Refreshments: Available after the event.

📅 PACKET PICK-UP

Packet pick-up will be Thursday, December 4th from 4:00-7:00 PM at Panera, 13815 W. Sunrise Blvd., Sunrise, FL 33325.

💞 ABOUT ADEN PERRY

Since ":THAT NIGHT": so much has been done through the Aden Perry Good Samaritan and Scholarship Fund in honor of Aden. Aden was awarded the Carnegie Hero Award for his selfless heroic act.

Aden has received 2 medals of Valor, proclamations for Aden Perry Day in Broward County and more. The fund has provided hundreds of SAT Prep scholarships and awarded monetary scholarships to graduating seniors, donated school supplies to over 2000 students in need, and much more. We are now an official 501C3.

💰 SUPPORT OUR MISSION

We are a 501C3. 100% of all funds generated from this event go directly towards helping students on their academic journeys through the Aden Perry Good Samaritan and Scholarship Fund.
