A 5k RUN/WALK TO HONOR THE LIFE AND CELEBRATE THE LEGACY OF ADEN PERRY AND HIS MOST SELFLESS AND HEROIC ACT THAT MADE HIM A HERO... NOW ANGEL AND A RECIPIENT OF THE CARNEGIE HERO AWARD

🎒School Supply Donations

• Collecting Supplies: SCHOOL SUPPLIES TO DONATE TO STUDENTS IN NEED ON ADEN'S BIRTHDAY DECEMBER 11TH, TO HELP THEM ON THEIR ACADEMIC JOURNEYS.
• Bring Supplies: BRING A BAG OF SCHOOL SUPPLIES AND YOU WILL GET A RAFFLE TICKET FOR A CHANCE TO WIN A GREAT RAFFLE PRIZE.

🎖️Scholarships in Honor of Ethan Lawrence

• Eligibility: IN HONOR OF ETHAN LAWRENCE, AN ELITE RUNNER AND OVERALL WINNER OF OUR 1ST ADEN PERRY HERO EVENT WHO LOST HIS LIFE WHEN HE WAS STRUCK BY LIGHTNING WHILE OUT RUNNING.
• Award: WE ARE AWARDING A COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP TO THE 1ST PLACE OVERALL RUNNER IN THE 15-19 AGE GROUP CATEGORY.

• Custom Golf-Cart: GOLF-CART CUSTOMIZED BY BIG D'S CUSTOMS FOR THE ADEN PERRY GOOD SAMARITAN AND SCHOLARSHIP FUND.
• Race Shirts: FABULOUS LONG-SLEEVED DRI-WICK RACE SHIRTS.
• Race Course: GREAT CHIPPED, TIMED 5K COURSE AT MARKHAM PARK.
• Finisher Medals: CUSTOM FINISHER MEDALS TO ALL PARTICIPANTS.

• Yoga: PRE-EVENT YOGA/STRETCH COMPLIMENTS OF YOGA FACTORY & FITNESS.
• Dynamic Warmup: DYNAMIC WARMUP BY OUTFIT.

🎤Performances and Entertainment

• Girl Scout Color-Guard: GIRL SCOUT COLOR-GUARD.
• National Anthem: NATIONAL ANTHEM PERFORMED LIVE.
• Local Performances: AMAZING PERFORMANCES BY LOCAL HIGH-SCHOOL STUDENTS.
• Live DJ: LIVE DJ.

📦Additional Activities

• CPR Demonstration: LIFE SAVING CPR DEMONSTRATION/TRAINING PROVIDED BY VIDAMED.
• Raffles & Auctions: SILENT AUCTION AND RAFFLES.
• Post-Race Fun: POST RACE FUN including craft project opportunities and refreshments.
• Candy Bar: CANDY BAR & SNOW CONES.

Since "THAT NIGHT" so much has been done through the Aden Perry Good Samaritan and Scholarship Fund IN HONOR OF ADEN...

• Awards: Aden was awarded the Carnegie Hero Award for his selfless heroic act.
• Scholarships: Awarded over 50 monetary scholarships to graduating seniors and funded hundreds of SAT Prep Scholarships.
• Community Support: Supported local charities and helped students in protective custody through our Partnership with BCHBA.

💡Event Impact

We are a 501C3...100% of all the funds generated from this event go directly towards helping students on their academic journeys through the Aden Perry Good Samaritan and Scholarship Fund.
