🌍 ABOUT THE RACE:

• Directions: From Route 50, turn north to the end of Manchester Street. Turn right onto free parking.
• Alternative Parking: If parking is full, park at Bluemont Park North Shelter or Ashlawn School.
• Course: Paved park trails, one hill, no road crossings: OK for walkers and wheelchairs.
• USATF-Certified: Course VA16054RT

🏆 RACE SIZE:

• Participants: About 300 in each race.
• Entry Fee: Enter one, two, or all three races for one fee (just one T-shirt).

🥇 AWARDS:

• 5K Elite: 8:00 AM, large medals for top 3 M/F overall.
• Timing: Hand-timed + recorded by RFID and online results via Webscorer.
• Open 5K: 8:45 AM: Family 3K: 9:30 AM, clock times only.

🍽️ POST-RACE PICNIC:

• Location: In the picnic shelter about 100 meters from the start/finish next to the restrooms.
