Steps for Stegman

Event Overview

Jardine Elementary is hosting a 5K walk/run through the neighborhood in honor and support of our Instructional Coach, Dr. Bridget Stegman. She was diagnosed with ALS, and proceeds for the event will go toward the ALS Association, Mid-America Chapter. In 4 years we have raised $19,850 from Steps for Stegman.

Event Details

• Date: May 2, 2026
• Location: 2600 SW 33rd ST, Topeka, KS
• 5K Route: Participants will walk/run through the neighborhood around Jardine Elementary.
• Parking: Available in the West and South parking lots.

T-Shirt and Registration

• T-Shirt: All registrants will receive an event T-shirt, if registration is completed by April 4th.
• Contribution: If you are unable to participate in the race, but still want to contribute, please click the "Donate" button!
• Registration Note: If you would like to receive a t-shirt, you must register as a runner, even if you don't plan to run/walk.

Event Schedule

• Check-In: Begins at 7:30 AM
• Race Start: 8:30 AM
