Rotary Peachtree City Half Marathon & 5K

🏃‍♂️ Registration

• Pricing Alert: Register while pricing is low!
• Event: Join us for the third annual Rotary Club of Peachtree City Half Marathon & 5k, on January 17, 2026.
• Setting: The tree lined golf cart paths of our planned community are an ideal setting for runners of all levels and abilities.
• Location: Just a short drive south of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

🏅 Course Certification

• Course Certification: 5k and Half Marathon courses are USATF certified.
• Qualifying Event: The 5k is a qualifying event for the 2025 AJC Peachtree Road Race.

🌍 Your Impact

• Support: Your participation will help the Rotary Club of Peachtree City continue making a positive impact.
• Goals: We work to improve lives, eradicate disease, provide essential resources, and increase access to education.
• Grants: Accomplished through grants to local nonprofits and internationally through the Rotary Foundation.
• Community Programs: Hosting the Rotary Grand Prix 5k Series for local elementary school fundraisers.

• Date: January 17, 2026

🏁 Start/Finish Lines

• Location: 201 McIntosh Trail, Peachtree City, GA 30269

🏃‍♀️ Half Marathon

• Start Time: 8:00am
• Time Limit: 4 hours, cut-off 12:00pm
• Course: Approximately 1.2 miles on paved road and 11.9 miles on rolling, paved golf cart paths.
• Minimum Age: 14 years of age on race day

5️⃣ 5K

• Start Time: 8:15am
• Time Limit: 1 hour, cut-off 9:15am
• Course: 0.9 miles of paved street, 2.2 miles of paved, rolling golf cart paths.
• Minimum Age: 6 years of age on race day

⏱️ Race Timing

• Timing Partner: In partnership with Wire2wire Running.
• Timing Method: Runners will be timed via a disposable timing chip on their race bib provided in race packets.

📦 Packet Pick-Up

• Location: FLEET FEET – DECATUR, 431 W Ponce de Leon Ave #1, Decatur, GA 30030 (if registered by Dec. 30, 2024).
• Dates: Tuesday, January 13 – Thursday, January 15, 2026.
• Other Location: AT (The Fred) Frederick Brown Jr Amphitheater, 201 McIntosh Trail, Peachtree City, GA 30269.
• Race Day Pick-Up: Saturday, January 17, 2026, 6:30-7:45am.

👕 Race Shirts

• Participants: Half marathon and 5k participants receive a shirt based on size indicated in their online registration.
• Availability: Sizes not guaranteed after Thanksgiving, Nov. 27, 2025.

🛠️ Racecourse Support

• Bag Check: Runners can check bags pre-race for post-race layers.
• Heated Tent: Available in the Expo area post-race.
• Restrooms: Port-o-lets available at Expo/finish area and selectively on race course.
• Water Stations: Water & Gatorade provided on course.

🏅 Finisher Medals

• Medals: All registered runners who complete the half marathon & 5k will receive a unique finisher’s medal.

🏆 Awards

• Award Ceremony: Announced during the ceremony adjacent to finish area.
• Overall Awards: For top 3 Male and Female finishers in Open and Masters' categories for the half marathon.
• 5k Awards: First place overall male and first place overall female.

🚙 Parking on Race Day

• Location: Frederick Brown Jr Amphitheater, 201 McIntosh Trail, Peachtree City, GA.
• School Parking: Huddleston Elementary School, closes by 7:30am.

🐕 Dogs & Strollers

• Policy: Dogs and strollers are not permitted with runners on the route for safety.

☔ Cancellation / Weather / Refunds

• Event Policy: Held rain or shine: no refunds if canceled.
