🏅 Half Marathon Details

• Start Time: 8:00 am
• Time Limit: 4 hours, cut-off 12:00 pm
• Course: Approximately 1.2 miles on paved road and 11.9 miles on rolling, paved golf cart paths.
• Minimum Age: 14 years of age on race day

🏃‍♀️ 5K Details

• Start Time: 8:15 am
• Time Limit: 1 hour, cut-off 9:15 am
• Course: 0.9 miles of paved street, 2.2 miles of paved, rolling golf cart paths
• Minimum Age: 6 years of age on race day

⏱️ Race Timing

• Timing: In partnership with Wire2wire Running, runners will be timed from start to finish via a disposable timing chip.

📦 Packet Pick-Up

• Location: Fleet Feet – Decatur, 431 W Ponce de Leon Ave #1, Decatur, GA 30030 (if selected when registering)
• Dates: Tuesday, January 13 – Thursday, January 15, 2026
• Date at The Fred: Friday, January 16, 2026, 4:00-8:00 pm & Saturday, January 17, 2026, 6:30-7:45 am

👕 Race Shirts

• Shirts: Participants receive a shirt based on size indicated in their online registration.
• Availability: Sizes not guaranteed after Thanksgiving, Nov. 27, 2025: exchanges on race day not guaranteed.

🏞️ Racecourse Support

• Bag Check: Runners can check bags pre-race for post-race layers.
• Restrooms: Port-o-lets available at Expo/finish area.
• Water Stations: Water & Gatorade will be provided on course.
• Medical: EMT’s will be patrolling the course and basic first aid is available.

🥇 Finisher Medals

• Medals: All registered runners who complete the half marathon & 5k will receive a unique finisher’s medal immediately after finishing.

🏆 Awards

• Top Finishers: Awards for overall top 3 Male and Female finishers in Open and Masters' categories.
• 5K Awards: Awards for first place overall male and female.
• Age Group Medals: Top three finishers for specified age groups in both races.

🚗 Parking on Race Day

• Frederick Brown Jr Amphitheater: Address includes restrictions on access post-race.
• Huddleston Elementary School: Limited access, closes by 7:30 am.
• Shuttle Service: Available from designated locations.

🐶 Dogs & Strollers

• Policy: Dogs and strollers are not permitted with runners on the route.

🌧️ Cancellation / Weather / Refunds

• Policy: The event will be held rain or shine unless local authorities dictate otherwise.
• Refunds: No credits or refunds will be provided if canceled.
