- Residents: This event is free for residents of Arbor Springs Plantation.
- Non-Residents: A $10 registration fee applies.
- Join Us: Lace up your sneakers and join your neighbors for a fun and family-friendly 5K.
- No Experience Needed: Whether you are running, walking, or cheering, it's all about community and enjoyment.
Race Course
- Overview: The Arbor Springs 5K begins and ends at the neighborhood pool, winding through our beautiful community.
- Starting Point: Participants will start by heading left onto Arbor Springs Plantation Drive.
- Route Details: Turn right onto Arbor Springs North Drive, then left onto Primrose Pass.
- Hydration Sponsor: Thank you to Pure Barre Arbor Springs for sponsoring a hydration station at Mile #2.
Course Details
- Pathway: Follow the road to the end of the cul-de-sac to continue onto the golf cart path.
- Turnaround Point: At the end of the path, turn right onto Arbor Springs Plantation Drive.
- Finish Line: Participants will loop back to finish at the pool.
- Medical Support: Special thanks to Acorn to Oak Health for providing race day care.
Road Closure Information
- Arbor Springs Parkway: Single lane from playground to Coweta Club, with potential delays for northbound traffic.
- Arbor Springs Plantation Dr: Closed from AS Parkway to the pool.
- Arbor Springs North Dr: Closed from Primrose Pass to Arbor Springs Plantation Dr.
- Primrose Pass: Closed for the duration of the event.
Event Parking
- Limited Parking: Parking at the start/finish (pool) is very limited.
- Recommended Transport: Participants are encouraged to walk or use a golf cart to get to the event.
- Street Parking: If driving, please park off the course on AS Plantation Dr, east of the pool.
- Towing Policy: CCSO may tow vehicles for event safety if necessary.
Race Day Schedule
- 7:00 AM – 7:45 AM: Check-in & Packet Pickup
- 7:45 AM: Opening prayers and national anthem
- 8:00 AM: 5K Run/Walk starts
- 9:15 AM: Awards for top 3 finishers
