• Event: Join the Seashore Striders for one of the oldest 5k races in lower Delaware- The 41st Dam Mill 5k. The 9th event in the popular Seashore Strider Championship Series, this year's 41st anniversary will give runners and walkers another great event in the series.
• Nickname: Nicknamed "The Best Little Race in Delaware"

🖊️ RACE REGISTRATION

• Early Bird Registration: $30.00 through July 13th at midnight
• Pre Registration: $35.00 July 14th through July 26th at 10 pm
• Last Chance Registration: $40.00 Race-Day Registration at 6:00 am and will close at 7:15 am
• Online Registration: Registration will be done online through runsignup. All participants registered by Monday, July 21st will be guaranteed a t-shirt, while registrations received after July 21st are "first come".

🏃‍♂️ RACE COURSE

• Course Type: The 41st Dam Mill 5k is a flat & fast course through the Town of Millsboro.
• Course Etiquette: ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO RUN ON THE COURSE THAT IS MARKED WITH ARROWS AND CONES.
• Race Instructions: FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE RACE INSTRUCTIONS COULD RESULT IN A DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE EVENT.

⏱️ RACE TIMING

• Timing System: Timing will be done by the Seashore Strider Event Production team and will be using the Chronotrack B Chip system.

🎁 RACE AMENITIES

• Awards Ceremony: Post-Race awards ceremony within 20 minutes following the final finisher.
• Custom T-Shirts: Custom t-shirts and awards.

🏅 AWARDS

• Categories: Awards will be presented to the Overall Male & Female Champions, Overall Male & Female Masters (40+ yrs.), as well as the top three Male & Female finishers in various age categories.

🔄 REFUNDS/DEFERRAL

• Policy: The Seashore Striders have a "No Refund" policy, however we make every possible attempt to please our client with the following options:
• Transfer: Transfer to a future event of equal value before the end of the current year.
• Donation: Donate your entry fee to the charity associated with the event.
• Deferral: Transfer/Defer to the following year at the same event.
