📦 Packet Pickup

• Important: Please plan on picking up your packet which will make race-day much smoother. Parking passes will be handed out at packet pickup.
• Update: Packet Pickup will be at Pet Smart on Rt One (19563 Coastal Highway in Rehoboth Beach) on Friday August 2nd from 5-7 pm.
• Food Trucks: New this year we have 3 food trucks for your enjoyment at Packet Pickup with a portion of the proceeds donated to HAP (Humane Animal Partners).
• Featured Trucks: Cold Stone Creamery, Locos Pink Tacos, Mazzolas Hot Dogs (Dogs Eat Free).

🕑 Race Time

• Start Time: 7:30 am (Dogs will start at the same time from the back)

📝 Race Registration

• Early Bird: $30.00 through July 20th at midnight
• Pre Registration: $35.00 from July 21st through August 1st at 10 pm
• Last Chance: $40.00 Race-Day Registration at 6:00 am (closes at 7:15 am)
• Online Registration: Done through runsignup: registrations by July 28th guarantee a t-shirt.

🏁 Race Course

• Course Info: The course is a flat & fast route through the Seabreeze Development of Dewey Beach.
• Certification: This is a USATF Certified 5k Course and the distance is 3.11 miles.

⚠️ Safety Regulations

• Policy: Bikes are not allowed on the course.
• Non-Registered Runners: Bandits are not allowed in the race.
• Headphones: Discouraged due to safety concerns.
• Course Navigation: All participants must follow the marked course and instructions to avoid disqualification.

🎖️ Awards

• Awards Given: Overall Male & Female Champions, Masters (40+ yrs.), and top three Male & Female finishers in age categories.
• Presentation: Awards will be given within 20 minutes after the final finisher crosses the line.

💡 Walker Division

• New Division: A separate 5K WALK DIVISION is being introduced as a trial in five series events this summer.
• Guidelines: Participants are expected to walk correctly by USATF Standards.
• Requirements: Top 5 male & female awards will be given in the WALK events.

⏳ Refund and Deferral Policy

• No Refunds: However, transfers to future events or donations to charity are options.
• Deferrals: Transfers can be made to the following year at the same event.
