NOTE NEW TIME... PACKET PICKUP WILL BE AT THE REHOBOTH BEACH FIRE COMPANY FROM 5-7 PM ON SATURDAY, AUGUST 16TH. PLEASE COME AND PICK UP YOUR BIB & T-SHIRT AND HEAD RIGHT TO THE START ON RACE DAY. THANK YOU!... SEASHORE STRIDERS

6:30 am: Race-Day Registration & Race Day Packet Pickup
7:45 am: Lineup of Kids Dash & Star Spangled Banner
8:00 am: Race Start
9:15 am: Approx Time of Awards Ceremony

📝 RACE REGISTRATION

Pre-Race Registration: $25.00 through Sunday, August 10th at 12 pm
Race Week Registration: $30.00 from Monday, August 11th through Saturday, August 16th at 7 p.m.
Race Day Registration: $35.00 from 6:30 am - 7:50 am on site Sunday, August 17th
Registrations processed by Monday the 11th are guaranteed a t-shirt and those after the 11th are "first come".

⏱️ RACE TIMING

Timing will be done by the Seashore Strider Event Production team and will be using the Chronotrack B Chip system.

🎖️ RACE AMENITIES

Finish line produced by “Seashore Strider Event Production, Inc.,” Post-Race awards ceremony within 20 minutes following the final finisher, custom t-shirts, custom awards, live music, kid's dash, games, door prizes, post-race refreshments at the station.

🏆 AWARDS

Awards will be presented to the Overall Male & Female Champions, Overall Male & Female Masters (40+ yrs.), as well as the top three (3) Male & Female finishers in the following age categories: 9 & under, 10-13, 14-19, 20-24, then 5-year age groups through 80+. Awards will be presented within 20 minutes following the final runner crossing the finish.

🔄 REFUNDS/DEFERRAL

The Seashore Striders have a "No Refund" policy, however we make every possible attempt to please our client with the following options: 1. Transfer to a future Seashore Strider owned event of equal value before the end of the current year. 2. Donate your entry fee to the charity associated with the event or to the Seashore Strider Youth Running program. 3. Transfer/Defer to the following year at the same event. Thank You for your cooperation & understanding as some situations are beyond the control of the Seashore Striders.
