Join us for a fundraising event to benefit the Indian River Fire Department at Paradise Grill located at 27344 Bay Rd, Longneck, DE 19966

📝 RACE REGISTRATION

• Pre-Race Registration: $30.00 through Saturday, September 20th, 2025 at 10 pm
• Race Day Registration: $35.00 from 8:30 am - 10:00 am on site Sunday, September 21st

✉️ HOW TO REGISTER

• Online Registration: Register through RUNSIGNUP here at this site. "The easiest & most popular way to register for Seashore Strider events."
• Mail-In Registration: Form can be downloaded from seashorestriders.com on the Paradise Grill 5k race page. Mail completed paper registration to: Seashore Striders: 9 Gander Lane, Lewes, DE. 19958.

🏅 RACE COURSE

Flat & Fast & 2 to choose from...both courses start at the same starting line and 1/4m into the race the courses split. You can go right to take in the "water" course or you can go straight to take in the "woods/off-road out & back" course.

⏱️ RACE TIMING

Timing will be done by the Seashore Strider Event Production team using the Chronotrack B Chip system.

🍔 RACE AMENITIES

Finish line produced by “Seashore Strider Event Production, Inc.,” Post-Race awards ceremony within 20 minutes following the final finisher, custom t-shirts, custom awards, and the best post-race refreshment spread on Delmarva.

🏆 AWARDS

Awards will be presented to the Overall Male & Female Champions, Overall Male & Female Masters (40+ yrs.), as well as the top three (3) Male & Female finishers in age categories from 9 & under to 70+.

🔄 REFUNDS/DEFERRAL

The Seashore Striders have a "No Refund" policy: however, options include transfer to a future event, donation of your entry fee, or transfer to the following year.
