• Event: Join the Seashore Striders for the 1st Lifeguard 5k with the RBP Family in Rehoboth Beach.

⏰ RACE TIME

• Time: 7:15 am or 8:45/9:00

📝 RACE REGISTRATION

• Fees: $30.00 "Early Bird" Registration...through August 3rd at midnight
• Pre Registration: $35.00 from August 4th through August 9th at 10 pm
• Last Chance: $40.00 Race-Day Registration from 7:00 am to 8:30 am
• Method: Registration online through runsignup. All participants registered by Monday, August 4th will be guaranteed a t-shirt.

• Online: Registration through RUNSIGNUP here at this site. "The easiest & most popular way to register for Seashore Strider events."
• Mail-In: Download the form from seashorestriders.com on the Rehoboth Lifeguard 5k race page. Complete and mail to:
  Seashore Striders: 9 Gander Lane, Lewes, DE. 19958.
• Deadline: Ensure entry arrives by Monday of Race Week for event swag.
• Payment: Make checks payable to “Seashore Striders” if using the Universal Entry Form.

🏅 RACE COURSE

The out & back course from the bandstand to North Shores & back is fast & flat and takes in the iconic boardwalk.

🕒 RACE TIMING

• Method: Timing will be done by the Seashore Strider Event Production team using the Chronotrack B Chip system.

🎉 RACE AMENITIES

• Finish Line: Produced by “Seashore Strider Event Production, Inc.,” with a post-race awards ceremony within 20 minutes following the final finisher.
• Perks: Custom printed t's, custom awards, and a great post-race celebration at the bandstand.

🏅 AWARDS

• Categories: Awards for Overall Male & Female Champions, Overall Male & Female Masters (40+ yrs), and top three Male & Female finishers in 16 age categories.
• Award Distribution: Within 20 minutes following the final runner crossing the finish.
• Missed Ceremony: Available for pickup in Lewes or can be shipped at a cost of $10.

🔄 REFUNDS/DEFERRAL

The Seashore Striders have a "No Refund" policy but offer options for:

• Transfer: To a future Seashore Strider owned event of equal value before the end of the current year.
• Donation: Entry fee can be donated to the charity or the Seashore Strider Youth Running program.
• Deferral: Transfer/Defer to the following year at the same event.
