The Ville to Ville Craft Brew Relay celebrates the beautiful region from Asheville, NC to Greenville, SC, covering a 72-mile route through the Appalachian Mountains, craft breweries, and charming southern towns.

📅 Event Details

• Date: April 12, 2025
• Start Time: 5:00 am in Asheville, NC
• Team Members: 3-6 runners per team
• Finish Time: 3:00-8:00 pm at Hampton Station in Greenville, SC

💸 Team Payments

• Deposit: $300 required at registration
• Total Fee: $750, with full payment due by January 15, 2025
• Payment Deadline: January 16, 2025
• Processing Fee: 5.5% on all online payments

📦 Packet Pickup &: Welcome Receptions

• April 10, 2025: Southernside Brewing Company, Greenville, SC

• Important: Captains or team reps are required to attend, all participants welcome

🚷 Age Requirements

• Age Limit: Participants must be 21 or older

• Categories: Open Co-ed, Open, Open Female, Masters, Masters Female, Masters Co-ed
• Team Size: 3-6 members
• Changes: Can be made until race weekend

👩‍✈️ Team Captain

• Responsibilities: Each team has a designated captain
• Information: Regular updates and resources provided
• Transfers: Captains can be changed upon request

🏃‍♂️ Team Pace

• Requirement: Team pace of 11:00 minutes per mile or less
• Estimation: Provide average min/mile pace for all runners
• Deadline: March 5, 2025, for final estimates
