About Us

• Organization: Beads for Beats, Inc. (B4B) founded in 2011 is a 501(c)3 dedicated to assisting chronically ill children and their families during challenging financial times.
• Mission: Our 11th Annual EnduRUNce 5K will be fun and healthy for the entire family.

Registration

• Adult Registration: Ages 13 and up - $35 (Now to July 31st), $45 (August 1st to August 31st), $50 (September 1st through Day of Race).
• Child Registration: Ages 12 and under - $15 (Now to July 31st), $20 (August 1st to August 31st), $25 (September 1st through Day of Race).
• Team Registration: All ages - $35 per person (Now to July 31st), $45 per person (August 1st to August 31st), minimum of 10 participants.
• T-Shirts: Guaranteed for adult registrations made by August 31st.

Awards

• Overall Winners: Awards for Top Male and Top Female.
• Age Categories: Top Three Males and Females in various age categories: 12 and under, 13-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, 61-70 and 70+.
• Team Awards: For teams with the most registered participants by August 31st.

Timing and Scoring

• Chip Timing: Event will be chip-timed using a disposable chip on the back of your bib.
• Proper Bib Placement: Wear your bib on the front side just below your chest for accurate scoring.
• Results: Posted onsite on race day and online.

Parking

• Location: Free parking located at Eagles Nest Park.

T-Shirts

• Availability: All pre-registered ADULT participants will receive a special event day t-shirt.
• Size Guarantee: Sizes only guaranteed to those registered by August 31st.
• Post-Registration: Shirts and sizes not guaranteed after this date.

Restrictions

• Prohibited Items: Bicycles, skateboards, inline/roller skates, motorized carts of any kind and pets are not allowed on the race course.
• Strollers: Baby strollers and joggers are welcome but must start at the back.
• Registration for Children: Children riding in strollers or joggers do not need to be registered.

Refund Policy

• Refunds: There are no refunds or transfers for this event.
• Weather Policy: The event will take place rain or shine.
