About the Organization

• Mission: Beads for Beats, Inc. (B4B) founded in 2011 is a 501(c)3 dedicated to assisting chronically ill children and their families during challenging financial times.
• Event Purpose: Our 11th Annual EnduRUNce 5K will be fun and healthy for the entire family.

Registration

Adult Registration (Ages 13 and up)

• Early Registration: Now to July 31st - $35
• Pre-Registration: August 1st to August 31st - $45
• Final Registration: September 1st through Day of Race - $50

Child Registration (Ages 12 and under)

• Early Registration: Now to July 31st - $15
• Pre-Registration: August 1st to August 31st - $20
• Final Registration: September 1st through Day of Race - $25

Team Registration

• All Ages Early: Now to July 31st - $35 per person (minimum of 10 participants)
• All Ages Pre: August 1st to August 31st - $45 per person (minimum of 10 participants)
• No Team Registration: After August 31st
• T-Shirts: Guaranteed for registrations by AUGUST 31st for adult registrations only

Awards

• Top Awards: Overall Top Male and Top Female
• Age Categories: Top Three Males and Females in age groups: 12 and under, 13-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, 61-70, and 70+
• Team Awards: For team with most registered participants by August 31st

Timing and Scoring

• Chip Timing: This event will be chip timed using a disposable chip on the back of your bib.
• Proper Placement: Please wear your bib on the front side just below your chest to ensure accurate scoring.
• Results: Will be posted onsite on the day of the race and online.

Parking

• Location: Free parking located at Eagles Nest Park

T-Shirts

• Event Shirt: All pre-registered adult registration participants will receive a special event day t-shirt.
• Size Guarantee: Sizes are only guaranteed to participants registered by Sunday, August 31st.
• No Guarantees: Shirts and shirt sizes are not guaranteed after this date.

Restrictions

• Safety Protocol: Bicycles, skateboards, inline/roller skates, motorized carts, and pets are not allowed on the race course.
• Strollers: Baby strollers and baby joggers are welcome but must start at the back of the starting pack.
• Registration: Children riding in strollers or joggers do not need to be registered.

Refund Policy

• Refunds: There are no refunds or transfers for this event.
• Weather Policy: This event will take place rain or shine.
