Celebrate health, wellness and a beautiful morning before you and your family head on to Summerfest festivities in Hastings throughout the day.

• Program Expansion: Your participation helps expand Wellness Center programs like Momentum, which helps patients regain mobility and strength.
• Community Support: Your support will help add equipment to strengthen our community and prevent injuries, both at home and work.
• Kids' Fun Run: You also enable us to offer the Kids's Fun Run at Summerfest free of charge, fostering healthy habits from a young age.

• 5K Run/Walk: 8:00 a.m.
• Kids FREE 1-mile Fun Run: 9:00 a.m. (includes a FREE shirt for the kiddos)
