• 6:15pm: 1K Swim + 5K Run, 1K Swim & Relays start
• Swim Wave 1: Co-ed/FAST
• Swim Wave 2: Men 49 & under
• Swim Wave 3: Men 50+
• Swim Wave 4: Women 49 & under
• Swim Wave 5: Women 50+
• 6:20pm: 5K Run or walk will start at the arch

🎽 REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

• Stylish Race Tee: Limit 1 per summer
• Silicone Swim Cap: Excludes 5K Runners unless you run in a cap!
