📅 Race Schedule

• Race Day Check-in: 4:30 - 6PM
• Start Time: 6:15pm - 1K Swim + 5K Run, 1K Swim & Relays start
• 5K Run: Starts at 6:20pm at the arch
• Swim Waves: Multiple waves based on age and gender for inclusive participation.

🎽 Registration Includes

• Race Tee: Stylish Race Tee - limit 1 per summer.
• Swim Cap: Silicone Swim Cap (excludes 5K Runners unless you run in a cap!).
• Free Photos: Free Race Photos.
• Chip Timing: Chip Timing/Live Results.

• 1K Swim + 5K Run: Overall Male, Overall Female, and Top 3 Male & Female Age Group Finishers.
• 5K Run: Top 3 Overall Male and Female.
• 1K Swim: Top 3 Overall Male and Female.

• Free Parking: Free street parking on Back Bay Drive.
• Paid Parking: $15 to park in the Newport Dunes lot.
