Dahlonega's 4th of July Firecracker 5K and Fun Run

Event Overview

Join the Lumpkin County Sheriff's Office as we partner with a local 501c3 non-profit, Team Give Back, to host the Firecracker 5k and Fun Run on the 4th of July in Dahlonega. The race will start and finish in historic downtown Dahlonega. All proceeds from this event will go toward Lumpkin County Sheriff's Office Youth Programs.

• Date: Friday July 4, 2025
• Time: 7:00am 5K and Fun Run will begin after 5K

• Options: UNG Parking Deck behind the Smith House
• Additional Parking: Hancock Park, Visitors Parking lot downtown

• Provided for: All PRE-REGISTERED participants
• Registration Deadline: Before FRIDAY JUNE 20, 2025

• Overall Awards: Given to the OVERALL male and female
• Division Awards: Top three male/female in each age division

• Categories: Overall Male, Overall Female
• Age Divisions: 12 and under, 13-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, and 80 and up
