• Awareness: Prostate cancer is the most common major cancer in American men today.
• Statistics: One in six men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime.
• Collaboration: F.A.S.T. along with the Prostate Condition Education Council (PCEC) hosts this event.
• Purpose: Proceeds promote awareness and provide education regarding screening and early detection.

Event Details and Schedule

• Course Description: We're Famous for our half-mile downhill start and finish on both 5k and the 10K courses!
• Chip-Timed: Both the 5K and 10K are chip-timed, point-to-point runs with an overall elevation drop.
• PR Potential: The courses are designed for fast results with memorable PRs and exciting finishes.

Packet Pickup

• Early Pickup: Friday, October 23 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm in the ARENA BARN.
• Race Day: Opens at 6:30am inside the Cumming Fairgrounds in the ARENA BARN.
• T-Shirts: Advanced technical fiber t-shirts for early registrants: guarantees until October 16th.
• Fit Advisory: Women's fitted shirts tend to be small: consider requesting a Men's shirt for comfort.

Free Parking

• Location: Available in Cumming Fair Grounds Gate B or Lot 1.
• Capacity: The fairgrounds can accommodate approximately 2000 cars.
• Facilities: Adequate restrooms are available attached to the arena.
• Arrive Early: Due to point-to-point course logistics, plan to arrive early for shuttle services.

Bag Check

• Purpose: Bag check for warm-up clothing, jackets, etc., will be provided at the start line.
• Transport: Items will be transported back to the exhibit hall at the fairgrounds.

Start Line Transportation

• Shuttle Service: Buses will be available for transportation from 7:00 am - 7:50 am.
• Walking Option: Participants may also choose to walk/run to the start via sidewalks.

Covered Arena Post Race

• Facilities: Post-race snacks, beverages, and restrooms available near the footbridge.
• Awards: Overall Male/Female, Masters Male/Female, and Age Group awards for 5k and 10k.
• Finishing Medals: All finishers will receive a medal, and the 1 mile fun run stays within the fairgrounds.

Directions from Exit 14 GA400 to Fairgrounds

1. Head northwest on Buford Hwy/GA-20 W toward Atlanta Rd/GA-20 W/GA-9 N - go 0.2 mi.
2. Turn left at Atlanta Rd/GA-9 S - go 0.2 mi.
3. Turn right at Hutchinson Rd (At light beside KFC) - go 0.6 mi.
4. Turn right to stay on Hutchinson Rd - go 0.4 mi.
5. Turn right at Castleberry Rd - go 0.9 mi. Destination will be on the left.
