🏃♀️ Race Overview
Please join Together We Are Helping Hands by participating in our annual Race For Life 5K run/walk. This year we are partnering with the Rotary Club of North Charleston.
- Purpose: The event will promote awareness for Mental Health, Autism, Dementia, and fund scholarships that will be awarded annually to North Charleston high school seniors heading to college.
- Mission: Our mission is to empower and inspire individuals of all backgrounds towards a path of long-term sustainability, while promoting literacy, better health, and greater understanding.
- Participation Rewards: All 5K participants will receive a commemorative t-shirt and finisher medals to celebrate their participation in this event!
🏅 Awards
Awards and Gifts will be given to the top three overall male and female winners. Awards begin at 8:45

THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. NO REFUNDS.
NOTE: For the safety and comfort of all participants furry friends will not be allowed on the course.
📅 Race Day Schedule
- Vendor Set Up: 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM
- Packet Pickup: 6:30 AM - 7:45 AM (at the race site under the tents at Brown Family Park Nexton)
- Road Closures: 7:45 AM - 9:00 AM
- 5K Start: 8:00 AM
- Awards Ceremony: 8:45 AM

Friday 11/14: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM at the Hilton Nexton Summerville, 406 Sigma Drive
