👟 Race Description
The Run Hard Running Team is an eight week program for Elementary and Middle Schoolers that builds confidence in kids through character value and run training.
- Twice a Week Training: Students meet twice a week for 1 1/2 hours
- Endurance Training: Focus on endurance training during the season
- Core Values: Emphasis on the Run Hard Core Values
