Join us for the 3rd annual Puppy Love 5K!

Join the Pack for a 5K run or walk with and for your best four-legged friends.

Dog Policy

• Dog Friendly: This race is 100% dog friendly for all well socialized pups on a leash.
• Cleanup: Owners must be prepared with a pick-up bag for any unscheduled potty breaks on the course.
• Leash Policy: Dogs are not allowed off leash at any time.
• Handler Limit: Limit one dog per handler.

Registration Info

• Cost: 1 runner + 1 dog = $45.
• Minimum Age: Minimum age for a runner with a dog is 12 years old.
• Kids 10 and Under: Run free but must be accompanied by an adult and do not receive race swag or official timing.
• Race Swag: All participants will receive a race t-shirt and matching bandana for their puppy love.

Awards

• Top Finishers: Awards for the top 3 male and female finishers with a dog.
• Best Sweetheart Squad: For the best Valentine's themed or general costume.
• Best Heart Melter: Awarded for the Most Adorbs.
• Grand Master Award: Most Likely to Take a Nap.

Post-Race Activities

• Dash Race: Owner/dog 100 yard Dash Race with prizes for the fastest dog.
• Treats: Hot chocolate and human and pup treats available post-race.
• Park Features: Enjoy the tennis ball field, stick crossing, and squirrel overlook!
• Packet Pick-Up: At Blue Sky Endurance prior to the race on February 6th and 7th.

Supported Charities

The event will support the Lucy Beckham Meowdog Rescue and the Charleston Animal Society.

Important Note

Please note that if you select the "10 & under free" registration category, a t-shirt is not included. To receive a t-shirt and a timing chip, participants must register as paid entrants.
