Welcome back to our annual Mental Health Hero 5K!! Run, Walk or fly Iron-Man style on September 21st at Park Valley Church to spread awareness and raise funds for mental health awareness!

Our message for this event is "No one is alone — because anyone/everyone can be an encourager."

This event is for more than just runners, with local business vendors, food tents, music, and more!

🏆 Race Inclusions

• Race Bib included with all sign-ups
• T-shirt included with sign-up until August 10th, available for purchase after that
• Race Trophies for top 3 racers of each gender

⏰ Race Day Schedule

SATURDAY, September 21st, 2024

• 8:00AM - Check-in/Race Shirt/Bib pick up
• 9:15AM - Race Begins
• 10:30AM - 5K ends
• 10:45AM FunRun for kids 10 and under

🗺️ Race Map

The race starts at Park Valley Church Parking lot, runs through Dominion Valley via Waverly Farm Drive to Alvey Elementary School, with a water station at Alvey.

💰 Charitable Contributions

Proceeds of this race event will benefit Morgans Message, Sweet Julia Grace Foundation, and further therapies for Brayden's ongoing recovery from his Traumatic Brain Injury.
