🏁 Course Description

• Start/Finish: Race starts and finishes in the southbound lane of the Clyde Fant Parkway across from the Sci-Port Discovery Center.

💰 Registration Fees

• Through May 8th: $25.00
• May 9th - May 22nd: $30.00
• Race Day: $40.00
• Shirt Option: Save $5.00 on your registration by choosing the "I have too many race shirts" option.

📦 Packet Pick-up

• Location: Sportspectrum, 6970 Fern Ave., Shreveport, LA 71105
• Date/Time:
  • Wednesday, May 20th: 10:00 a.m.—6:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, May 21st: 10:00 a.m.—6:00 p.m.
  • Friday, May 22nd: 10:00 a.m.—5:30 p.m.
  • Race Day: 6:15 a.m. - 7:15 a.m.

👕 Race Packet

• T-shirt: Every pre-registered participant will receive an official 42nd Anniversary 2026 Mudbug Madness race T-shirt.
• Shirt Size Guarantee: You must register by midnight May 13th to guarantee your shirt size.

🎊 Post Party

• Location: Join us after the race at the Mudbug festival site.
• Activities: Enjoy exciting live entertainment, food, drinks, and free entry into the festival all day long with official race bib number.

🏆 Awards Ceremony

• Time: The awards ceremony will take place at the race site hopefully around 8:30 a.m.
• Awards for Adult Division: Overall winner & runner up male & female will receive $100 & $75 Sportspectrum Gift Cards.
• Ages: Adult 5K Male & Female age groups: 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
• Awards for Kids Division: Overall and runner-up male & female in the Kids 5k will receive an award.

⚠️ Special Note

• Course Restrictions: No bikes, skate devices, or dogs on the course. Baby joggers can be used but must start in the back.

🔄 Refund & Race Entry Transfer Policy

• Refunds:
  • 100% refund if canceled more than 30 days in advance.
  • 50% refund if canceled between 30 days and two weeks prior to race day.
  • No refunds less than two weeks before race day.
• Transfers: Transfers allowed if done at least two weeks prior to race day with a $10.00 charge.
