🏃‍♂️ Course Description:

• Location: Race starts and finishes across Sci-Port Discovery Center
• Address: 820 Clyde Fant Parkway, Shreveport

💵 Registration Fees:

• Early Registration: through May 1st - $25.00
• Late Registration: May 2nd - May 23rd - $30.00
• Race Day: $40.00
• Shirt Option: Save $5.00 by choosing "I have too many race shirts" option at checkout.

📦 Packet Pick-up:

• Location: Sportspectrum 6970 Fern Ave., Shreveport, LA 71105
• Dates:
  • Wednesday, May 21st from 10:00 a.m.—6:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, May 22nd 10:00 a.m.—6:00 p.m.
  • Friday, May 23rd 10:00 a.m.—5:30 p.m.
  • Race Day from 6:15 a.m. - 7:15 a.m.

🔔 Important Note:

• Packet Collection: If you do not pick up your packet, your shirt will be given to a volunteer.
• Refund Policy: No Refunds, No Packets Mailed.

👕 Race Packet:

• Participants: Every pre-registered participant will receive an official 41st Anniversary 2025 Mudbug Madness race T-shirt.
• Shirt Availability: Shirts will be limited, so please register early.
• Registration Deadline: Must register by midnight May 14th to guarantee your shirt size.

🎉 Post Party:

• Join Us: Enjoy live entertainment, food, drinks, and free entry into the festival all day long with an official race bib number.

🏆 Awards Ceremony:

• Tentative Time: Awards ceremony will take place at the race site around 8:30 a.m.
• Adult Divisions: Overall winner & runner-up male & female will receive $150 & $100 Sportspectrum Gift Cards (respectively).
• Age Groups: 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, etc. for both male and female categories.

🥇 Awards for Kids Division:

• Recognition: Overall and runner-up male & female in the Kids 5k will receive an award.
• Kids Age Groups: 8 & under, 9-11, 12-15, 16-18.

🚫 Special Note:

• Restrictions: No bikes, skate devices, or dogs on the course. Baby joggers can be used but must start in the back.

🔄 Refund & Race Entry Transfer Policy:

• Refunds: 100% refund if canceled more than 30 days in advance: 50% refund if canceled between 30 days and two weeks prior to race day: no refunds two weeks before.
• Entry Transfers: Allowed with a $10.00 charge, must be completed at least two weeks prior to race day.
