Join us to gather the community for an opportunity to run, race and have a good time. Community Renewal intentionally builds and grows positive, caring relationships. Community Renewal connects neighbors and residents to restore the foundation of safe and caring communities. We build hope and renew the spirit of cooperation in every segment of the community. 🕘 Race Start Times:

• 5K: 9:00 a.m.
• Team Beer Mile: 11:00 a.m.

🏞️ Course Description:

The 5K and Team Beer Mile will take place in the East Bank District. Race will start in front of BeauxJax Crafthouse. Team Beer Mile will take place behind BeauxJax.

💵 Entry Fee for 5K:

5K Registration: $25 through Friday, April 11th (includes T-shirt). Need to register by April 3rd to guarantee a race shirt.

🍺 Entry Fee for Team Beer Mile:

Team Beer Mile Registration: $30 ($15 per person) through Friday, April 11th (includes T-shirt). Need to register by April 3rd to guarantee a race shirt.

Both team members must be 21 years or older. Teams can be all male, all female, or coed. Awards are for 1st place team only.

👥 This is a two person team relay!

🚫 No Individual Beer Mile:

There is no individual beer mile for this event.

🤝 Sleep in Supporter:

If you cannot be there but want to show support. Pricing is the same as the 5K registration. (t-shirt included.)

📦 Race Packet Pick-Up:

Pre-registered participants will receive an official race T-shirt.

• Thursday, April 10th: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. at Sportspectrum, 6970 Fern Avenue, Shreveport
• Friday, April 11th: 10 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. at Sportspectrum, 6970 Fern Avenue, Shreveport
• Race Day: 7:30 a.m.-8:45 a.m. at race site- BeauxJax Crafthouse

There is no race day registration for the Team Beer Mile.

🏆 5K Awards:

5K Overall male and female and 1st Place male and female in each age group will win an award.

📊 5K Age Groups:

19-under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

🥇 Team Beer Mile Awards:

Team Beer Mile 1st & 2nd Overall Teams will win an award.

🎶 Post-Race Celebration:
