Event Overview

• Join Us: Join us in the East Bank District for a morning of movement, connection, and celebration at the East Bank Run 5K & Team Beer & Bubbly Mile.
• Community Impact: This community event brings people together to run, race, and have fun while supporting two impactful local organizations making a difference every day.
• Beneficiaries: Proceeds from this event benefit Community Renewal International and The Providence House Shreveport.
• Local Organizations: Both organizations are committed to strengthening communities and supporting families.

Community Renewal International

• Mission: Community Renewal International strengthens neighborhoods by intentionally building positive, caring relationships that create safer, more connected communities.

The Providence House Shreveport

• Family Shelter: The Providence House Shreveport is a family shelter serving homeless families, including men or women with children and couples with children.
• Support Services: Providence House provides safe housing, supportive services, and pathways to stability that help families rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.

Event Details

• Race Date: Saturday June 13th, 2026
• 5k Start Time: 9:00 a.m.
• Team Beer & Bubbly Mile Start Time: 11:00 a.m.
• Course Description: The 5K and Team Beer Mile will take place in the East Bank District next to Seventh Tap on Arcadia Street.

Registration Fees

• 5K Registration Fee: $30 through Friday, June 12th
• Race Day Fee: $35
• Team Beer & Bubbly Mile Fee: $25 through Friday, June 12th
• Group Registration: Both team members must be 21 years or older. Teams can be all male, all female, or coed.

Additional Information

• Sleep in Supporter: If you cannot be there but want to show support, pricing is the same as the 5K registration. (t-shirt included.)
• Race Packet Pick-Up: Pre-registered participants will receive an official race T-shirt.
• Pick-Up Locations:
  • Thursday, June 11th, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. at Sportspectrum, 6970 Fern Avenue, Shreveport
  • Friday, June 12th, 10 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. at Sportspectrum, 6970 Fern Avenue, Shreveport
  • Race day from 7:30 a.m.-8:45 a.m. at race site- BeauxJax Crafthouse
• No Race Day Registration: There is no race day registration for the Team Beer Mile.

Awards

• 5k Awards: 5K Overall male and female and 1st Place male and female in each age group will win an award.
• Age Groups: 19-under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
• Team Beer Mile Awards: Team Beer Mile 1st & 2nd Overall Teams will win an award.
• Post-Race Fun: Stick around after the races for awards, drinks, food, and music!
