• Event: 21st Annual Coastal Edge Steel Pier Classic 5K
• Date: May 24, 2026
• Location: 2nd Street Boardwalk, Virginia Beach, VA
• Details: Join us for a 5k race along the beautiful Virginia Beach Boardwalk over Memorial Day Weekend!

• Finisher Rewards: T-Shirts and medals will be awarded to all finishers.
• Art Pavilion: Enjoy the Coastal Edge Student Art Pavilion.
• Surfing Contest: Check out some of the best in pro and amateur surf with the Coastal Edge Steel Pier Classic by Katin WSL 1000 surfing contest.

🗺️Course Information

• Starting Point: Runners will start the race on the boardwalk at 2nd street.
• Route: The race will run north to 24th street and return back to 2nd Street.
• Hydration: There will be water stations at the start/finish line and at the turnaround.

🚗Parking Information

• Parking Locations: Available in the 2nd street lot close to the start.
• Meters: There are also metered spaces available on the cross streets.

📅Packet Pickup

• Date and Time: Packet Pickup will be held on Friday, May 23rd from 5pm to 7pm.
• Location: Coastal Edge @ 316 21st Street Virginia Beach, VA 23454.
• Race Morning: Race packets can be picked up between 6am and 6:30am at the start line race morning.
