Montville Race Day 5K , 10K , and Color Run

Event Overview

The Montville Rotary Club and Montville Parks & Recreation Department, and the Montville Senior & Social Services Department have teamed up to sponsor the Annual Montville Race Day on Sunday, September 13, 2026. The Race Day will consist of a timed 5K run and a timed 10K run, and individuals of all ages for our Annual Color Run. All races start at the Camp Oakdale Pavilion at the corner of Oxoboxo Dam Road and Rt 163 in Oakdale, Connecticut. Color Run will be a different course and is not timed. The 10K is a USATF certified course.

New Features

• Custom Medals: New this year, participants will receive custom medals!
• Awards: Top 3 male and female in the 5K AND 10K.
• Over 40 Recognition: Plus top 3 Over 40 will be awarded.

• Family Fun: Join us for a fun, family day with activities for everyone.
• Food Options: Enjoy snow cones, hot dog station, and more.
• Relaxation: Chair massages available after the race.
• Raffles: Participate in exciting raffles throughout the event.

Donation Information

Please consider donating. ALL proceeds stay in the town and go directly back to the community. Donations will benefit Montville Senior & Social Services Veteran's Fund, supporting local Veterans along with the Montville Rotary Club’s Education and Literacy Programs.

Registration Details

• Entry Fees: 10K - $30: 5K - $30: Color Run - Free.
• Online Registration: Price increases at midnight on race day.
• T-Shirt Guarantee: Register on or before August 1, 2026, to receive a guaranteed T-Shirt. Registration after 8/1/2026 will get a shirt only while supplies last.

Race Day Schedule

• Bib Pickup: Opens at 8:00 AM.
• 5K Start: 9:00 AM.
• 10K Start: 10:00 AM.
• Color Run: 11:30 AM.
