🏃♂️ Join the Fly Sam Fly 5K
Come join us for a 5K run/walk through downtown Stanford. This is a perfect race for beginners who have never run or walked a 5K and want a fun low-key atmosphere to fellowship with friends and family :).
🎗️ In Honor of Sam Singleton
Our race is in honor of Sam Singleton, a special young man that we lost way too early in a tragic accident.
🎓 The Purpose of the Race
This race was imagined to create The Sam Singleton Educational Fund. This fund helps support Lincoln County Middle and High School Extracurricular programs, especially those that were Sam’s passions such as:
- Cross-Country: A sport that encourages endurance and team spirit.
- Track: Promoting athletic skills and competitive spirit.
- FCA: Fellowship of Christian Athletes, fostering faith in sports.
- Drama: Supporting creativity and expression through performing arts.
- Archery: A unique skill that promotes concentration and focus.
💰 Impact Made
To date we have awarded $60,000 to students and programs. WE RUN FOR SAM!!
