• Event: 7th Annual East Carteret High School Band Miles for Music 5K and 1 mile fun run/walk
• Experience: Explore historic downtown Beaufort with a morning run or walk down Front Street

🎶 Supporting the Band

• Proceeds: Benefit the East Carteret High School Marching Mariners
• Usage: Funds will help purchase and upgrade instruments as well as band equipment
• Assistance: Provides financial support to band students and additional program needs
• Join us: Your participation helps sustain our music program

👕 Registration Details

• T-shirt Guarantee: All participants registered by May 1st are guaranteed a race t-shirt
• Post-Deadline: Participants registering after May 1st may receive a t-shirt based on availability
• Strollers: Strollers and leashed dogs are welcome in both distances

• 5K Female ages 18+: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place
• 5K Male ages 18+: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place

• 5K Female 12 and under: 1st and 2nd place

🏞️ Course Details

• Route: Out and back route offering beautiful waterfront views along Front Street
• Accessibility: An easy, flat course with wheelchair accessibility, ideal for first-time runners
• Location: 5K and 1 mile course in historic downtown Beaufort, NC
• Scenic: Enjoy the picturesque surroundings as you run or walk

📦 Packet Pick-Up

• Race Day: Packet pick-up available starting at 7:00 am at John Newton Park, 500 Front Street
• Early Pick-Up: Available on Friday, May 15th from 5pm-8pm at Periwinkle 110 Middle Lane
• Location: Downtown Beaufort waterfront
• Be Prepared: Arrive early for a smooth pick-up experience
