Course Description: The course goes on and over the two bridges in Beaufort, including the high-rise Gallants Channel (Grayden Paul) Bridge and the Turner Street Bridge.
Dogs: Dogs are only allowed to participate in the Dog Strut. No dogs allowed in the 5K on the high-rise bridge per the NCDOT!
Strollers: Strollers are welcome in both events!
Previous Events: Popular Fall races include the Glow Run (2015-2016), Front Street Gallop (2017-2018), and the inaugural Beaufort Bridge Run (2019) and others.
Registration Information
Free T-Shirts: The first 200 to sign up will get a BBR2025 T-shirt! Register by October 3, 2025 to guarantee size.
Age Restrictions: One shirt per paid participant. Free T-shirts are not available for runners under 12 years old, but can be purchased separately in advance, if available.
Packet Pickup: Available October 31st at Cru Wine Bar & Coffee Shop from 4:00pm - 6:00pm, and race day from 7:00am - 7:55am.
Registration Deadline: All participants must register in advance: no in-person registration on race day!
Post-Race Celebration
Location: Backstreet Pub is the official host of the Post-Race Party!
Available Drinks: Beer, Mimosas, Bloody Marys, and fabulous breakfast food from Turner Street Market.
Special Thanks: Acknowledgment to Liz Kopf for her support of the Bridge Run, the Lions Club, and Beaufort.
Additional Activities: After the event, visit the Olde Beaufort Farmers' Market and the beautiful waterfront boardwalk.

5K Overall Awards: Awards for Overall Female and Male (1st, 2nd, 3rd), and Masters categories.
Youngest and Oldest Awards: Awards for Oldest and Youngest male and female participants.
Age Group Awards: Top 3 male and female in age groups: 12 & Under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+
Dog Strut Awards: Overall awards for the Dog Strut (1st, 2nd, 3rd places).
Fees
Until Midnight, October 26th, 2025: Adult - $35, Under 12 - Free, Active military (with ID) - $30.
After October 26, 2025: Adult - $40, Military - $35.00.
Giveaway: T-Shirt in various sizes (with additional charge for XXL) for first 200 registered.
Chip Timing: The course is USATF certified and runners are chip-timed.
