Mission & Organizations

• Addiction Awareness: Addiction to alcohol and drugs and homelessness are at epidemic proportions.
• Loaves and Fishes of Beaufort: A Christ-centered, residential, substance abuse recovery program providing counseling, shelter, and treatment at no cost.
• Transitional Home: Offers a 12- to 18-month stay for graduates of the six-month program to help reintegrate into the community.
• Veterans Services of the Carolinas: Supports Veterans and their families with essential programs across North Carolina.

Registration Information

• Individual Fee: $25 per person if registered by November 1: $30 thereafter.
• Group Fee: $15 per person for groups of four or more if registered by November 1: $30 thereafter.
• Military Discount: Active military can register for $15 per person.
• Raffle Entry: Sign up by November 1 to be entered into the raffle: registration is encouraged.

Packet Pick-Up Information

• Packet Pick-Up Dates: November 7, 2025, from 5-7 PM at Beaufort by the Sea Community Church.
• Race Day Pick-Up: Available the morning of the race at John Newton Park.
• Awards Ceremony: Held at John Newton Park across from Clawson’s Restaurant.
• Post-Race Breakfast: Breakfast for runners and walkers at Ann Street United Methodist Church.

Awards & Categories

• Overall Awards: Top three overall male and female finishers will be awarded.
• Age Group Medals: Medals for top male and female finishers in age groups: 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, etc.
• Age Categories: Awards for ages 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
• Encouragement: All participants are encouraged to join in the spirit of competition.

Course Details

• Scenic Route: The course runs down historic Front Street, showcasing beautiful homes and wild banker ponies.
• Course Certification: USATF Certified #NC19005BM.
• Local Attractions: Enjoy Cape Lookout Lighthouse, Shackleford Island ponies, dolphins, and kayaking.
• Family-Friendly Activities: Opportunities for beach activities, fishing, and visiting Fort Macon.
