The MRM Frozen Buttcheek 5K will take place on January 24, 2026 at 720 Fair St, Marshall, MI 49068.

For $38.00 every in-person participant receives the following:

• Custom Race Shirt: An awesome soft custom made race shirt that we screen print ourselves.
• Finisher Medal: A unique and awesome finisher medal.
• Awards: A chance at over 200 awards across 19 age group categories for both running and walking.
• Post Race Food: Amazing post race food and beverages, fill a plate's worth!

👋 About the Race Director

Hi I'm Mandy! I've been running for seven years and wanted to create a race combining all the wonderful things I've seen. The Mandy Runs Michigan 5K is full of personal symbolism and aims to create a joyful atmosphere.

📅 Race Details

Date: Saturday, January 24, 2026.

This is a WINTER RUN!!! It's also my birthday, and I hope this run reignites my joy for the day.

💵 Pricing

The race fee is a set $38.00 until race day. On race day, there will be a $5.00 increase. For participants aged 17 and under, the fee is $25.00, and for those 55+, it’s $33.00.

🏃 Course Information

* The 2026 Course is still in the works! Look for updates via email and social media. *

The race will have directional signs and mile markers. There will be three aide stations with water, electrolyte drinks, and snacks.

🏆 Awards

The awards ceremony will start shortly after all participants finish. Awards include:

• Age Group Awards: Awards for the top three finishers in 19 age groups.
• Turtle in Peanut Awards: For the slowest finisher in each age group.
• Overall Awards: Given to the top finishers in male and female categories, 0-60 and 60+.
• Unique Awards: Including "Average Cup of Joe" for non-placers.

🐾 Dog Participation

Dogs are welcome! Dog participants will receive finisher medals and have treats at the post-race table. Awards for the top three dogs will be given as well.

🎽 Swag & Food

Swag: Race shirts will be colorful and soft. Participants are encouraged to register by January 20th for guaranteed shirt size. Unique finisher medals will be given to all.

Food: A diverse post-race menu, with options for gluten-free and dairy-free participants.

🚗 Parking

No snow parking is available at the Calhoun County Fairgrounds. Specific parking instructions are laid out for both snow and overflow parking.

🎟️ Packet Pick-Up

Packet pick-up is available on race day from 3:00 PM until the race starts, with provisions for late arrivals.

⏱️ Timing

Chip timing will be provided for accurate results. Participants can opt for text/email results during registration.

❤️ Charity Information

Currently, I do not donate to a charity as I strive to make the race sustainable. However, I hope to support local charities in the future as my business grows.

🎉 Miscellaneous
