The fourth annual Super Sam's 5K & Dino Dash in honor of our favorite super-hero, Sam Pampel, is happening Saturday November 2nd, 2024 at Bachman Lake Park in Dallas, TX. Come and celebrate Sam with us! In person or virtually.

• Start Time: 10:00am
• Participation Medals: All Dino Dashers receive a participation medal at the finish line!

🏅 Super Sam's 5K

• Start Time: 10:30am
• Course: 5K loop around Bachman Lake

🎊 Awards and Party

• Post-Race Celebration: Live Music, Bounce Houses, Rec Games, food, drinks and more!
• Awards: 5K Medals awarded to Overall Top Male & Female 5K finishers
• Age Categories: First and second place for both male and female timed 5K finishers 26-49 and 50+
• Under 13: First, Second and Third place for both male and female timed 5K finishers
• Virtual 5K: Top 3 Virtual 5K finishers will also receive medals.
