📅 Important Registration Update

• Limit: We will be closing the race registration temporarily after 50 more people register.
• Reopening: Registration will re-open on our bib pick-up days IN PERSON ONLY.
• Kids Race: May fill completely soon: no additional registration for kids race once we hit 100.
• Thank You: We appreciate your support!

🕒 Schedule

• Start Times: 5k and 1.5 mile WALK starts at 9am.
• Kids Fun Run: Starts at 8:30am - each child will get to pick a medal from our bucket of medals at the end of the race.
• Finish: NO CHIP/ JUST A CLOCK AT THE FINISH! (And pumpkin pies for top 5 runners - men and women)
• 5k Details: The run will be a "fun run" - no chips, no official times, no age group prizes, just top 5 male and female overall.

🏆 Awards

• Pumpkin Pies: Given to first five 5k finishers (M/F) overall ONLY.
• No Other Awards: There will be no other awards.
• Note: Sorry no dogs.
• Registration Limit: Limited to 1500 runners.

📋 Bib Pick Up Information

• Sayville Running Co: Saturday 11/23 from 11:30am to 4pm.
• Blue Point Brewery: Sunday 11/24 from 4pm to 8pm.
• Flos Famous: Thursday 11/28 from 7:30 to 8:15pm sharp.

🚗 Parking

• Lots: Two lots must be filled before parking in neighborhoods.
• Parking Attendants: Follow their directions for spots: you will not be stuck in the lot until after the race.
• Considerate Parking: Please park legally and be considerate to our Blue Point neighbors.
• Shout Out: Please remember to give the volunteers a shout out when you pass by.

🔔 Race Day Details

• Registration: Day of race registration may sometimes be available based on room.
• Kids Race: Starts at 8:30 sharp by the finish line.
• Schedule:
  • 7:30 am to 8:15 am - bib pick up
  • 8:30 am - Kids Run (south of Flos on Corey Avenue)
  • 9 am - 5k and 1.5 mile walk starts.
• Finish Time: Everyone should be done by 10 am.

🚽 Facilities

• Bathrooms: Located south of Flos on the beach, with 12 porta potties available.
• Event Sponsors: Connect with sponsors who are giving away raffles and cool 'giveaways.'
• Tom the Turkey: He will be at the event for pictures: stop by for a photo!
• Donations: We love them!
