📅 Event Details

• Event Date: August 23, 2025, starting at 7AM.
• Location: Begins and ends in Pack Square, Asheville, NC.
• Course Route: Through the Brewery District, Arts District, and along the French Broad River.
• Challenge: A challenging course with hills that participants will love!

🌄 Registration Information

• Participation Cap: The event is capped at 2500 participants.
• No Race Day Registration: Be sure to sign up early!

⏰ Race Start Times

• Half Marathon & 10K: 7:00 AM
• 5K: 7:05 AM
• Awards Ceremony: 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM

🔰 Start/Finish Information

• Start Time: Runners start at 7:00 AM at Pack Square.
• Finish Line: Please keep moving onto Pack Square Park after crossing the finish.
• Finish Festival: Enjoy entertainment, vendors, and food from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
• Water Reminder: Bring your own water to the start.

🛣️ Course Information

• Half Marathon Course: Starts and ends in Pack Square, running along the French Broad River.
• Pacing: Groups available: 1:35, 1:45, 2:00, 2:15, 2:30, and 2:45. No sign up needed.
• Timing: Partnered with SVE Timing Services: all will receive a timing tag during packet pick up.

🎖 Awards

• Categories: Awards for top 3 males and females in all divisions for the half marathon.
• Claiming: Awards will be distributed during the ceremony around 10 AM.

⚖️ Policies

• Refunds: All registration fees are non-refundable.
• Dogs and Strollers: Not allowed for safety reasons.
• Weather Policy: Events proceed rain or shine: no refunds for cancellations.
