🌟 Purpose of the Event

• Awareness: Raise awareness of available mental health resources in our community.
• Stigma Reduction: Help to end the stigma around seeking help.
• Community Engagement: A public forum to normalize conversations about mental health struggles.
• Resources: Learn about mental health and supportive resources in WNC.

🏞️ Course Options

• Track Option: Walk or Run around UNCA's Karl Straus Track.
• Campus Route: Walk or Run route on UNCA's campus (approximately 5k).

💲 Registration Details

• Age: Free for participants ages 22 and under.
• Early Bird: $15 from July 1st through August 9th.
• Standard Fee: $20 from August 10th to September 20th.
• T-Shirt: Every participant who registers will receive an event t-shirt!
