🥇 Race Details

• Participants: Open to 450 spots (225 runners/225 riders).
• Course: Separate loops of roughly 3.5 miles for runners and 8 miles for mountain bikers.
• Fundraising Commitment: Each participant is expected to raise a minimum of $100.
• Incentives: Prizes for those raising $1,000+ and $5,000+.

  • 7:00am - vendors open
  • 8:00am - race check-in begins
  • 9:30am - 3/6/12 hour run/ride begins
  • 3:30pm - 6 hr ends
  • 9:30pm - 12 hour ends

📦 Packet Pickup

• Details: Early packet pickup recommended on Friday, Dec 5th from 2pm-7pm.
• Race Day Pickup: Available starting at 8:00am on race morning.

🚗 Extra Information

• Parking: Located in the upper fields of Camp Grier: carpooling is encouraged.
• Shuttles: Spectator shuttles will run from a TBD location in Old Fort.

🔧 Aid Stations and Support

• Location: One aid station near the start/finish line with basic race food options.
• Crew Setup: Limited to one 10x10 tent in the crew area.
• Pacers: Allowed starting at 3:30pm Saturday for 12 hour run participants.
• Encouragement: Spectators welcome to support the event.

📋 Race Rules

• Trail Etiquette: Stay on marked trails: no cutting switchbacks.
• Finishing: Must cross the finish line after each lap.
• Litter Policy: No littering allowed.
• Official Communication: Inform race officials if dropping out of the race.
