POUND The PAVEMENT For Pilot Club of Denham Springs 5K & Fun Run

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

The Pilot Club of Denham Springs invites you to be a part of our 8th Annual Pound the Pavement for Pilot 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run. Our mission is to transform communities by developing youth, providing service, education, and uplifting families. Pilots focus on providing projects and services which help those with special needs and brain-related disorders.

• Time: Event kicks off at 8 AM, rain or shine
• Location: Municipal Oaks Pavilion, 941 Government Street, Denham Springs, LA 70726

🏅 Awards

Awards will be given 3 deep in all age groups with an Overall Male and Female, Masters (40-49) and Grand Masters (50 & over) Male and Female. Fun Run Awards will be given to the top 3 runners ages 12 & under.

The age groups are as follows for 5K:

• 14 & Under
• 15-19
• 20-29
• 30-39
• 40-49
• 50-59
• 60 & up

👕 Shirt Guarantee

The deadline to register is Sunday, November 10, 2024, by midnight to receive an event shirt. Any registration after this time, an event shirt will not be guaranteed.

📦 Packet Pickup

• Friday, November 15: Covington & Associates, 1110 S. Range Ave. from 3-5:30 PM
• Race Day: Available from 7 - 8 AM

🤝 Project Proceeds

Proceeds from our events are used to fund projects such as:

• Kidz Korner Playland
• “Challengers” ballfield for children with special needs
• Mighty Moms
• Assess the Need
• Fans for the elderly through Livingston Parish Council on Aging
• Denham Springs High Project Graduation

And many more initiatives supporting our community!
