🏃♂️THE ROCK CF RIVERS HALF MARATHON IS BACK!

Rock CF is hitting the island for the 14th Annual Rivers Half Marathon & 5K Run/Walk for all to come and help us outrun cystic fibrosis!
Rock CF is a community, thousands strong, changing the face of what living with cystic fibrosis looks like and giving those living with CF the tools to not only survive, but thrive. 100% of all proceeds support the mission of the Rock CF Foundation.
🎟️Registration Caps for 2025
- Half Marathon Cap: 800
- 5K Run/Walk Cap: 500
🏅HALF MARATHON DETAILS
- Start Time: 8:00 am
- Start Location: Grosse Ile HIGH School
- Finish Location: Grosse Ile HIGH School
🏃♀️5K RUN/WALK DETAILS
- Start Time: 8:15 am
- Start Location: Grosse Ile Airport (Naval Hangar)
- Finish Location: Grosse Ile HIGH School
- Transport: Buses will take all participants that park at GI Township Lots back from the Finish at the High School!
🌐VIRTUAL RUN OPTION
We will be sending out packets the week of the race so that you can participate with us from wherever you are!
