Daisy Dash 5k

🌼 Event Overview

MLK Health is proud to present its inaugural Daisy Dash 5K race on Saturday, April 5, 2025. Proceeds from the race will benefit MLK Health in its mission to provide no-cost healthcare to uninsured adults struggling with chronic diseases. So put on your favorite daisy outfits and accessories and join us on April 5th!

📅 Date & Starting Time

• Date: Saturday, April 5, 2025
• Fun Run: 1/2 mile begins at 8 a.m.
• 5K Start: 8:15 a.m.

📝 5K Registration

• Open to: All ages can register for the 5K.
• Early Registration: $25 thru March 14, 2025 (includes t-shirt)
• Late Registration: $30 March 14, 2025 thru Race Day

👟 Sideline Supporter

Can’t make it April 5th? You can still support MLK Health with a Sideline Registration of $25 (includes t-shirt) or $20 (no t-shirt).

👶 Kids Fun Run Registration

• Cost: $20 thru March 14, 2025 (includes t-shirt)
• Late Registration: $25 March 14, 2025 thru Race Day
• Participation: Fun Run Certificates will be given to each participant that crosses the finish line!

⏰ Race Day Information

Race Day registration starts at 7:15 a.m.

📦 Packet Pick Up

• April 3rd: At the MLK Health Center, 865 Olive Street from 1:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
• April 4th: From noon - 5:30 p.m. at Sportspectrum
• Race Day: At the race site starting at 7:15 a.m.

🏆 Awards

Overall Male and Female finishers in the 5K will receive cash prizes. Additionally, 1st Place Male and Female age group winners will receive a trophy.

👥 Age Groups: 18-under, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
