• Location: National Mall Migraine Installation, Washington, DC or VIRTUAL 5k ANYWHERE!
• Purpose: Raise awareness for cluster headaches and other headache diseases
• Participants: Help support over 40 million people affected in the U.S. and 1 billion globally

🏅 In-Person Walk/Run

• Registration Deadline: April 15, 2025, to guarantee t-shirt size
• Check-in: Participants will receive race bags on race day

• Details: In-person event to raise awareness on Capital Hill

💻 Virtual Walk/Run

• Streaming Kick-off: Virtual event starts on June 28, 2025
• Shipping: Race bags available for purchase only to U.S. residents
• Registration Deadline: June 1, 2025, to guarantee receipt of race bag by race day
• Participation: Run/walk at any location, no time limit
