- Course Time Limit: The course time limit is 4 hours
- Age Requirement: You must be 12 years of age or older to enter the race
- Participant Limit: The race will be limited to the first 500 registered participants.
- Course Details: The course will run through the beautiful Hampton Cove Greenway, Flint River Greenway and Hampton Cove

- Incentive: The first 100 to packet pick-up will receive a pair of Jogology Socks!
- Saturday: 6:00 a.m.– 7:00 p.m. Packet Pick-up at Race Site
